Community Features:
The Enclave at Mangonia Park Homeowners Association, located in West Palm Beach, FL., is an all-age, gated community comprised of 162 two (2) story townhomes each with its own private lanai. This newly built community (2022) features amenities such as a swimming pool, cabana and tot lot for all residents to enjoy.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for monthly assessments to the association, due on the first (1st) day of each month; payments are considered late after the thirtieth (30th) day and may incur late penalty fees.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview of the Association’s Rules and Regulations, however some of the community restrictions are as follows:

  • Lease terms are for a minimum of six (6) months.
  • No unit may be leased more than two (2) times in one (1) calendar year.
  • No more than ten percent (10%) of the units shall be leased at one (1) time.
