Community Features:
The Harbours at Aberdeen is a 55+ Condo community with 106 units, located in the Aberdeen East community in Boynton Beach, FL. All amenities are located in the Master Association Clubhouse, 5700 Le Chalet Blvd, Boynton Beach FL 33472. Master Association phone number is 561-432-2703.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Aberdeen East Ballroom at 4PM.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 10th of the first month of each quarter and may incur a $25 late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the association rules and regulations. Some common restrictions are listed below.
Two (2) vehicles per unit, parking in Garage or driveway. Guest parking spaces are for guest only. Parking on the street is permitted in daytime hours only.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. All payments must be in the form of a check or money order. A link is provided to the left to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Management Associates, Inc.
Architectural Changes:
All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link on the left.
Cable TV:
Cable TV service is included in your maintenance fee. New owners can choose basic or triple play. A form can be downloaded by click on the link to the left, “Comcast Request for Service Change Form”. Once triple play is chosen it cannot be changed. Owners wishing to upgrade to Triple play can only do so once a year in the fall.
Trash Collection:
Dumpsters are located throughout the community. Bulk items may be placed outside the dumpster area no sooner than Friday afternoon for Saturday pick up.
