Community Features:
The Horizons of Boca Lago Condominium Association is a community in Boca Raton, Florida, comprised of 225 units nestled beautifully among the 29 lakes located throughout Boca Lago, along with 7 other neighborhoods and the Boca Lago Country Club and Golf Course. Our spacious villas, townhomes and apartments, with lovely views of either lakes or golf course, are conveniently located near shopping, dining and parks with easy accessibility to highways and Boca Raton’s beautiful beaches and downtown entertainment. Amenities include our community pool and clubhouse, available for gatherings, games and parties. Country Club membership is not mandatory, however you may choose when and how to take advantage of the club lifestyle and facilities for a fee. Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments due on the first day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• Owner must hold title for a minimum of one (1) year prior to leasing their unit.
• No unit may be leased for less than three (3) months, and no unit may be leased more than two (2) times in any calendar year.
• Parking is limited to no more than two (2) cars per unit with one (1) assigned space per unit.
• Owners are permitted only one (1) dog or one (1) cat per unit and must not exceed thirty (30) lbs. at maturity; breed restrictions apply. Tenants are not permitted pets.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An Application for Purchase and/or Lease is required for each purchase and/or lease in the community as well as an interview and a Certificate of Approval. Please click on the link on the left rail to download the Purchase/Lease Application package.

Architectural Changes:
