Community Features:
Lakes of Westchester is a community of 163 homes located in Boynton Beach, Fl. The community offers a pool, tennis court, fitness room, card room, tot lot and a community clubhouse. Landscaping maintenance is provided by the Association; homes are painted, and roofs are cleaned every 7 years.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
Board of Directors meetings are held bi-monthly. Notice is posted on the bulletin board in the clubhouse and at the entrance to the Community.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the Association, due on the first of each month.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association documents for complete information. Some common restrictions are listed below.
No commercial vehicles overnight in the Community. No private vehicles are permitted to park overnight on the street or Clubhouse parking lot
Pet must be 25 lbs.or less
Gate is maintained by the master association – for ALL gate inquiries please download and complete the "Gate Device Order Form" and contact Jane Newmark, at 561-736-2044 for cards and transponders and Ralph Nathan, at 561-736-3290 for technical problems – GRS does not have access to any gate info.
Application for Purchase/Lease:
An application is required for purchase/lease in the community. The application fee is payable to GRS Management Associates by check or money order only. The application may be downloaded using the link to the left. Prior to purchase or lease, applicants must go through background checks and certified by the Interview Committee before being approved by the Board. Owners are responsible for the actions of their tenants.
Garbage & Recycling:
Household Trash and recycle is collected on Tuesday, Trash and Bulk is collected on Friday and cannot be placed outside prior to 6 PM the day before pickup
