Community Features:
The Palm Club West Village II Homeowners Association is a community comprised of 161 single family homes located in West Palm Beach, FL and features a community pool, two (2) Jacuzzis and roving security patrol.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments due on the first day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of each month of each quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:
- A homeowner must hold title for a period of one (1) year prior to leasing the home.
- Homes may not be leased for less than a twelve (12) month period.
- Common household pets (dogs & cats) are permitted to be kept in the home in reasonable numbers.
Application for Purchase or Lease:

Architectural Changes:
