Community Features:
Timberline Lakes is a community of 110 townhomes, centrally located in West Palm Beach. The community offers a, pool, pool pavilion and tennis court.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets on the third Tuesday of each month at the pool pavilion.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 10th of each month and may incur a $10.00 late penalty fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase or lease in the community. Applications may be obtained by clicking on the above-noted link.

Architectural Changes:
