Community Features:
The Fountains of Palm Beach Condominium, Inc. Trevi is a gated golf course community comprised of 180 Condominiums located in Lake Worth, FL. The community features a Clubhouse, Recreation Room, Tennis and Basketball Courts.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 20th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules & Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• Leases are limited to two (2) leases during any calendar year and must be for a minimum of a three (3) month lease term.
• The owner must possess title for at least twenty-four (24) months prior to leasing unit.
• No owner may lease their unit if the number of leased units in COA exceeds eighteen (18%).
• A 700-credit score is required for both prospective buyers and lessees.
