Community Features:
Valencia del Sol is a community currently under development and will consist of Single Family and Twin Villa Homes located in Wimauma, Florida.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets as needed.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a Quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each Quarter. Payments are considered late on the 15th day of month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The application fee for resale or lease payable to GRS Community Management. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:
All exterior modifications to homeowner’s home or property requires the submission of an Architectural Control Committee Application and approval from the Committee. Please download the ACC application by clicking on the link to the left of the page.

Garbage and Recycling:

• Trash pickup is scheduled twice weekly on Wednesday and Saturday.
• Recycling and Yard waste pickup is scheduled on Wednesday.
