Valencia Grand Homeowners Association is an age qualified (55+) gated community comprised of approximately 659 single family homes with many on waterfront lots and located in Boynton Beach, FL. The Community features many world-class amenities including a Clubhouse, Fitness Center and Exercise Studio, a Social Hall, and Restaurant, Poolside Bar, Shaded Cabanas and multiple resort style swimming pools.
State of the Art Racquet Facilities include Clay Tennis Courts, a Pro Shop, Bocce Ball Courts, Indoor and Outdoor Pickleball Courts, a Covered Pavillion and Stadium Seating Areas.
Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each January, April, July and October. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the first month of each quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and Rules & Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:
- Owners may not lease, sell or transfer the home unless at least one (1) intended occupant is fifty-five (55) years of age or older.
- A home may not be leased for a term of less than seven (7) months and may not be leased more than one (1) time in any calendar year.
- Only household domesticated pets are permitted per household; breed restrictions apply.
Community Hours:
- Fitness Center: Open 24 hours. Please enter through the breezeway before and after Clubhouse hours.
- Pool Hours: Dawn to dusk.
- Clubhouse Hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM, 7 days a week.
- Management Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Application for Purchase or Lease:
An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and/or lease in the community. Please click on the link on the left rail to download the Purchase/Lease Application package.
Architectural Changes:
All modifications to the exterior of the home and/or property must be approved by the Board of Directors or an appointed committee. Please download an application by clicking on the link to the left under Downloads.
