Community Features:
Valencia Lakes at Orangetree Homeowners Association is comprised of 458 single family homes located in Naples, FL. The Community offers many amenities including a Clubhouse, Fitness Center, Recreation Room, Swimming Pool, a Playground and Tennis and Basketball Courts.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

• Lease terms may not be less than four (4) months and not exceed one (1) year.
• No unit may be leased more than three (3) times within a calendar year.
• No more than two (2) household, domestic pets are permitted per unit; dogs may not exceed 100 lbs. at maturity.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
A ‘Registration of Purchase’ form is requested. A ‘Lease Application’ and ‘Certificate of Approval’ are required for each lease in the community. Please click on the link on the left rail to download the ‘Registration of Purchase’ or ‘Lease Application’ package.

Architectural Changes:
