The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Quarterly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of January, April, July and October. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the first month of each quarter and may incur a late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents and/or Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:
- Eighty percent (80%) occupancy of at least one person per household being 55+ years old; children under the age of nineteen (19) years of age are prohibited from residing in the community.
- Only common domesticated household pets are permitted – breed restrictions apply.

Architectural Changes:
