Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meets monthly at the Verona Lakes Clubhouse, typically on the last Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM. These meetings are open to all members.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for a monthly assessment to the Association, due on the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late on the 11th of each month and will incur a $25.00 late penalty fee.
Community Restrictions:
Please be mindful of the following important community restrictions:

- ODD/EVEN side parking is enforced throughout the community. Parking is allowed on the side corresponding with the signs posted at the front and back entrances. Even side refers to the even-numbered side of homes, while Odd side refers to the odd-numbered side of homes. These sides alternate monthly.
- Overnight street parking is not permitted between 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Before purchasing or leasing, please ensure that ALL vehicles can fit within your garage and driveway. No exceptions. Vehicles may not block sidewalks.

Architectural Changes:

- Any exterior changes to your home must be approved by the Architectural Review Board. Please download the Architectural application by clicking the link above. Applications can be submitted at the clubhouse office.
Garbage and Recycling Schedule
- Garbage Pickup: Tuesdays & Fridays
- Yard & Landscaping Debris Pickup: Tuesdays
- Recycling & Bulk Pickup: Fridays
