Community Features:
Villa Palma at Northlake Homeowner Association is a gated community comprised of two (2) story villa style townhomes and single-family homes located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Community features a Clubhouse which serves as a hub for social events and activities, a resort style community pool, a picnic area and jogging/walking paths.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 15th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a couple of the community restrictions:

• No lease term shall be for less than six (6) months.
• Criminal Background Checks are conducted on each applicant.

Architectural Changes:
