Waterford at Aberdeen Association is a sub-division/neighborhood comprised of 100 townhomes with amazing lake and golf course views located within the gated, golfing community of Aberdeen Property Owners Association in Boynton Beach, FL.

Waterford is unique in Aberdeen as residents may take advantage of many of the amenities such as an 18-hole golf course, 15 Har Tru tennis courts, bocce and pickleball courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an aquatic facility with a resort style pool, and a cafe.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held at the discretion of the Board.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 30th day of the month and may incur a late penalty fee(s).

Community Restrictions: 
Please refer to the Master Association’s and Sub Association’s Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations for a comprehensive overview. The following are only a few of the community restrictions:

  • Capital Contribution fees are due and payable to the association at the time of closing/transfer of the property.
  • All new residents are required to become Club Members (equity & non-equity options available).
  • Homeowners are subject to the requirements as stated in Waterford at Aberdeen and Aberdeen Property Owners Association’s ARC Guidelines.
  • No lease term shall be for less than three (3) months and may not be least more than one (1) time in each calendar year.
  • No more than three (3) household pets are permitted per unit.

Architectural Changes:
