Community Features:

Whitehall Condominiums is a community of 480 units condo, located in West Palm Beach, Florida

The community offers four clubhouses, including four heated pools.

The Master Association is The Villages of Palm Beach Lakes POA. The Master Association provides three parks, playgrounds, grills, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, racquetball courts, and Olympic size pools.  For more information call 561-689-5088.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets once a month on the third Monday.

Association Financial Information:

The monthly Maintenace Assessment fees are due on the first of the month. Payments are considered late on the 22nd of each month. No late penalty fees.

Community Restrictions:

Please refer to the Association Rules and Regulations.  Some common restrictions are:

  • No pets allowed.
  • No trucks or commercial vehicles are allowed.
  • No Airbnb allowed.
  • Assigned parking.
  • Vehicles parked on property overnight must be registered.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. The Board members' signatures are required to approve of Applicants. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier check. A link is provided above to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management. In person orientation is required before an approval of all applications.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior & architectural changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link above. Examples of architectural changes that would require an architectural review form, include but are not limited to:

  • Unit Entry Door
  • Replacement of flooring
  • Bathroom remodeling
  • Kitchen remodeling
  • Installation/Replacement of windows
  • Installation of storm doors
  • Installation of a patio/balcony enclosure
  • A/C system changeout, or copper line replacement.

Garbage and Recycling:

Garbage pickup is scheduled for Tuesday and Friday. Recycling is picked up on Friday, and bulk pick-up is scheduled as needed.

Access to the bulk area must be requested prior to unloading.
