Community Features:
Woodslanding Homeowners’ Association is a gated community of 24 single family homes which vary in size and affordability, with some homes situated on lake front property; the association is located in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are scheduled for the fourth (4th) Thursday of every month at approximately 7:00 p.m.

Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for monthly assessments to the association, due on the first (1st) day of the first month; payments are considered late after the fifteenth (15th) day and may incur late penalty fees.

Community Restrictions:
Please refer to the Association’s Governing Documents for a comprehensive overview of the Association’s Rules and Regulations, however some of the community restrictions are as follows:

  • No above ground pools are permitted.
  • No window/wall A/C units are permitted.
  • An owner may lease their home for a term of no less than six (6) months and no more than one (1) year. Each home may be leased only once in any twelve-month period.

Application for Purchase or Lease:
