Regularly Scheduled Meetings:
The Board of Directors meetings are held on the fourth (4th) Tuesday of each month.
Association Financial Information:
Each unit is responsible for Monthly Maintenance Assessments to the Association, due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late after the 30th day of each month and may incur a late penalty fee.
