The Shores at Boca Raton is a single family home community with 330 units, located in Boca Raton, Florida.

Community Dates & Hours:

Clubhouse Hours - 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM, 7 days

Pool Hours - Dawn to Dusk

Management Office Hours - Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., by appointment.

Regularly Scheduled Meetings:

The Board of Directors meets on the second Thursday of each month.  Subject to change.

Association Financial Information:

Each unit is responsible for a quarterly assessment to the association, due on the 1st of each quarter. Payments are considered late on the 10th of the first month of each quarter and may incur a $38.25 late penalty fee.

Application for Purchase or Lease:

An application and certificate of approval are required for each purchase and lease in the community. All payments must be in the form of a money order or cashier’s check. A link is provided in the sidebar to obtain the application package and instructions for submitting the fees and documents to GRS Community Management.

Architectural Changes:

All exterior changes must be approved by the architectural review board. Please download an application by clicking on the link in the sidebar.

Cable TV:

Cable TV service and internet are included in your quarterly maintenance fee, provided by Hotwire Communications.  Specifically, owners are entitled to Digital Access, Digital Favorites, and HBO programming, all in high definition, when available.  Owners are also entitled to one high definition DVR (necessary to receive premium channels), one HD receiver, and a Wi-Fi router with 150 Mbps service (more than one may be required for complete coverage throughout the home).

Residents may purchase additional services through Hotwire Communications.  Residents may also have additional televisions connected to limited channel line-up service through Hotwire’s Plug-and-Play service at no additional charge.  Please contact Hotwire Communications directly with your proof of residency to set up installation.

Trash is to be placed curbside no earlier than 5:00 P.M. the day before the scheduled pick up.  Household trash is to be placed outside in SWA provided containers.  Trash cans must be stored out of view of the street or neighboring homes.

Community Access:

Resident Access is provided through a resident lane at the front entrance via RFID headlight/windshield stickers which are unique to each vehicle and available for purchase above at a cost of $30.00 each.  Registration showing a Shores address or association to a Shores resident must be provided for each vehicle and each sticker but be affixed to the appropriate vehicle by a representative of the HOA.

Clubhouse access is provided via key fob access control.  Key fobs are available for purchase for $50.00 each.  These access control devices are available for owners to purchase from the property manager at the clubhouse office.
