The Shores at Boca Raton architectural application must be completed for all modifications to the exterior of your home. Any change to the exterior of a home in the community must be reviewed and approved by the Architectural Control Committee prior to commencement of work.
To complete the architectural modification application for The Shores at Boca Raton, the following information is required:
- Homeowner contact information
- Copy of contractor’s business license
- Copy of contractor’s certificate of liability insurance with The Shores at Boca Raton listed as additionally insured
- Photos or brochures of materials to be installed (doors, shutters, plant material, etc.)
- Diagram or sketch of installation locations (fence location, plant locations, window/door locations, etc.)
- Photo of home, including roof and pavers
