We will provide you with a licensed, fully trained, and experienced Property Manager who will assist in overseeing business conducted by the Association. They will assist the Association with locating and reviewing services provided by third party contractors or vendors. They will also assist in preparing any bid specifications and gather proposals for the Board of Directors review.
Your Property Manager will assist in reviewing the property on a consistent basis and document any violations and record the condition of the Association buildings. Any communication will be shared with the Board of Directors by site visits, the use of reports to the Manager, and meeting packages that are provided monthly.
This service is not just limited to the Property Managers themselves. There is a dedicated team of people within our office who support the activities of each Property Manager on a daily basis. This dedicated team includes a complete in-house staff for accounting and a dedicated group of customer service representatives. We rely on TOPS software system when managing requests and to monitor the histories of each individual unit owner. This system assists our Property Managers by giving them instant access to the most up-to-date information in regards to each Association’s account.
